
Sean Keeley, a contributing editor of American Purpose, is pursuing a masters degree in international affairs at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, where he serves as assistant editor of the Journal of International Affairs. He previously worked as a staff writer and then associate editor at The American Interest from 2016–20. He is interested in U.S. foreign policy, especially toward Russia and the post-Soviet space, and he enjoys writing on film, culture, and the arts.
