Ben Trachtenberg

Ben Trachtenberg, a contributing editor of American Purpose, is the Isidor Loeb Professor of Law at the University of Missouri. He teaches criminal procedure, evidence, and legal ethics to law students, as well as an undergraduate survey course on American law. His writing focuses on criminal procedure and education law, with recent scholarship addressing how rising conservative discontent with higher education is changing the legal environment in which colleges and universities operate.
